If you have any suggestions for new features, please forward them to your contact person at EMUN.
Your EMUN
To log in for the first time, click on "FIRST SIGN IN" and enter the username you received from us by email.
Next, enter a password in order to access the client portal.
The minimum required password length is ten characters, containing at least one upper case letter.
Confirm the newly created password by entering the six-digit code you will receive via SMS.
Should the situation arise that your account has become blocked, you will receive a notification email instructing you to contact your contact person at EMUN.
Your contact person will arrange for a password reset.
To log in to the Client Portal again, you will need to repeat the same procedure as when you first logged in.
In the contacts - the handset icon in the navigation bar - the contact details of your contact person in EMUN as well as the EMUN contact are displayed.
