Before your first login to the Client Portal, please carefully read the Terms of Use and the Information on Personal Data Processing. EMUN needs your personal data to operate the Client Portal, fulfill legal obligations, improve the Portal, and protect its interests.
By clicking the SUBMIT button, you agree to the Terms of Use of the Client Portal and that EMUN may use the Portal to fulfill certain information obligations, primarily in the manner and scope specified in the agreements concluded between the Client and EMUN.
A new password can only be set if a password has not yet been created or if the password has been reset (see the Blocked Account section).
To log in for the first time, use the Bank iD login option or click on "NEW PASSWORD" and enter the username you received from us by email.
Next, enter a password in order to access the client portal.
The minimum required password length is ten characters, containing at least one upper case letter.
Confirm the newly created password by entering the six-digit code you will receive via SMS.
Should the situation arise that your account has become blocked, you will receive a notification email instructing you to contact your contact person at EMUN.
The person who arranged the Access List or is authorized to do so must contact EMUN.
For verification purposes, it is necessary to provide the password stated in the Access List. EMUN will then unlock the account and reset the password. To log in to the Client Portal again, use the NEW PASSWORD link.
